My name is Penelope: Most people think I'm cute and charming, and I do too! A unique thing about me is that I was born with deformed eyelids, otherwise known as Eyelid Agenesis. Since I have this deformity, I need Liquid Tear eye drops two or three times a day; they really help keep my eyes from getting too dry. Getting the eyes drops may not be my favorite activity, but I do a great job of staying still! I also need to stay indoors because of the dust and dirt that could irritate my eyes from the outdoors. I have a great personality and love to hang out with humans, be petted, held, and snuggle! Please bring me home, I promise I will love you forever!
